Dosage and directions for use:For adults: take 3 times a day. Add 0.5 teaspoon of ColonWell to half glass of water at room temperature and mix well. Drink the mixture. Drink one additional glass of water. For children aged 3-9 years: take 1 time a day. For children aged 10-17 years: take 2 times a day. Can be taken before or after meals. Can be mixed with juice followed by additional glass of water, if necessary.

Psyllium husk (Plantago ovata) helps maintain normal bowel function.

Glucomannan contributes to weight loss as part of an energy-restricted diet.

The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3 g of glucomannan, divided into three doses of 1 g each, taken before meals with 1–2 glasses of water.
