How to Consume
Healthy Gut Program: consume half teaspoon of ColonWell fibre, mixed with half a glass of water, 2 – 3 times per day, before a meal. Additionally, drink one glass of water.
Slimming Program: consume 1 teaspoon instead of dinner for three days. Afterwards eat 2 – 3 teaspoons of ColonWell fibre instead of dinner at around 6-7pm, mixed with a glass of water. Additionally, drink one glass of water.
Sliming and Healthy Gut Program: drink half teaspoon of ColonWell fibre mixed in half a glass of water 2 to 3 times a day for 5 days, before meals. Additionally, drink one glass of water. After 5 days, switch to slimming program.
